Four steps
Connect, agree meaning, ask, keep
There is no modelling project and no BI rollout. The work is mostly agreeing what your terms mean, once.
1. Connect your data
Point FactSmith at your warehouse. It reports on dimensional models, and says so plainly if a schema is not one.
2. Agree what things mean
Define revenue, customer and on time once, so every answer uses the same definition.
3. Ask
Ask in your own words, by voice or by typing. The two are the same box.
4. Keep what matters
Keep the answers worth keeping. Have an administrator vouch for the ones that must be right.

A question in plain language is enough. FactSmith returns an answer as a tile you can read, keep, and ask about again.
